The whitelist event was a public and transparent fair launch.

To participate in the whitelist, an account had to send 0.0042 ETH to an NFT contract.

In exchange, the contract sent the account back:

  • 1,000 bugs

  • 1 genesis orb shard

Additionally, the contract added the account to the whitelist.

There was no token presale prior to the whitelist.

Bugs was whitelist-only purchasing for 17 minutes.

The primary motivation for the whitelist was to allow members to enter the project ahead of sniper bots.
